Expanding ZEMBO's battery swap station network across Uganda to support electric mobility.

TEI-HA provided comprehensive civil construction services, including site preparation, structural works, finishing, branding, and station upgrades.
Design & Construction Journey
Our team successfully delivered multiple outdoor battery swap stations including Nakawa Total Station, Mengo RUBIS, Nateete – Bairus Mall, Nakasero – Yujo, and additional locations across Uganda. Beyond new construction, TEI-HA also completed the branding and upgrading of approximately 50 indoor battery swap stations.
Project Outcome
The successful completion of these projects strengthened ZEMBO's operational network and contributed to Uganda's transition toward cleaner and more sustainable urban mobility.
